Re: Easter baskets What u ladies doing
Our boys will have Dr. Who and My Neighbor Totoro pillow dolls I never finished for Christmas.
We like to put in fun band aids, their like stickers, but useful, and a box each for two boys will probably last us until next year. We like to hit up the natural grocer for organic hfcs free fruit chews and some annie's bunnies, etc. Probably some big boy underwear for DS2, although he might not be quite ready to use them. Then I'd have to come up with something else for DS1 also. And we all like hardboiled eggs, so probably a few of those. The boys are old enough to help dye them this year. |

Re: Easter baskets What u ladies doing
I am making my kids sheets and pillow cases for their beds along with a tie-blanket that matches the bedding. I'll also make a custom diaper for DD that will be waiting for her when she arrives in May. My oldest wants me to make something for the baby. My DD and DS have both tie-dyed clothes that they want to put in the baby's Easter basket. They love tie-dying! The kids will also receive a dye kit so that they can dye Easter eggs. The eggs are then hidden by one of us and the kids search for them along with the plastic eggs the Easter Bunny has already hidden with candy in them.

Re: Easter baskets What u ladies doing
My son is only going to be 6 months old, but I still wanted to get him stuff. I went to the dollar store and bought a basket, large eggs painted as sports balls that I will fill with mam pacis, a large clear egg that I plan to put a CD in and a chick puppet. Any excuse to add to my stash lol

Re: Easter baskets What u ladies doing
My kiddos pick out a basket from our local thrift store. Then I make them a blanket, fold it up for the "liner" and they get painting supplies, coloring books, bubbles, and DH insists they get Organic lollipops and jelly beans.

![]() Custom embroidered pottery barn basket and basket liner with her name on it. Peter rabbit board book Bath toys (she is starting to love playing in the bath but we have hardly any bath stuff so along with this she's getting a mat for the bottom of the tub, bath toy storage, and spout cover but none of this will fit in the tub) I might do some indestructible books and a new chewbeads necklace, I love the idea of blueberries in the Easter egg!

I posted earlier in this thread how much I LOVE Bright Life Toys and always add some of her goods to our baskets. She just posted today that she's having a sale until Friday! Her discount code is here: https://www.facebook.com/BrightLifeToys?fref=ts

Re: Easter baskets What u ladies doing
For my 3.5 girl we always do fun sprin stuff: side walk chalk, bubble wand, a little flower pot that she can decorate along with seeds so she can plant something.
