I'm making burgers for us tonight and mine will be with no bun and a salad. Trying my hardest to stay on track but it's so frustrating because I'm really eating great and working out consistently with no loss whatsoever. Still sitting at 161.0 lbs today. Hoping one of these weeks once my body adjusts to working out again, I'll see a HUGE loss. Or my clothes will at least start getting looser!

Either way I know it's a good thing as regardless of the number, I'm still getting healthier and building up muscle as well as my endurance.

This! I hit a plateau a few weeks ago...changed my eating and my exercise routine (further and a variety) and it has helped.
