Boneless chicken crockpot recipes please that are easy

I place frozen chicken breasts, with a can of cream o chicken soup, a can of milk, a few slices of Kraft cheese & any kind of frozen veggie (we like carrots & peas )
It was way too easy & the chicken was soo tender!

Another one is chicken, alfredo sauce, frozen broccoli, cook low for 4~6 hours. boil panne noodles and then you have chicken and broccoli alfredo
