Do you wash trainers with your cloth diapers?
We're a couple of weeks into potty training, and DD is going from strictly "day commando" to a mix of cotton trainers by day/regular cloth diapers for naps & night. So, it's laundry day and I'm wondering, do you other CD training mamas wash your trainers with your diapers?
I ask because I have a mix of Hanna's and Blueberrys - which are tagged to wash warm - but I do the standard routine on my dipes (cold cycle/hot cycle/cold rinse). I don't keep my water heater turned up past 130, but don't want to wreck my trainers. Thanks for any advice from you more experienced PL mamas! (And I feel like I've posted more in the past 2 weeks of PL'ing than the entire time of CD'ing! )

Yes. I have blueberry's washed on hot too, no issues.

Re: Do you wash trainers with your cloth diapers?
I was just about to write a similar post except DD is day trained so we're just using night trainers with PUL for naps and night. Curious what people's wash routines are with trainers. The instructions are similar to cloth diaper instructions but since we only use 1-2 per day (sometimes fewer if she's dry for nap or night) and I don't have a big stash, I'm not sure what to do. It seems like too little for a whole washing machine routine. Sorry if this is too far off topic from the original post.

I wash my Hannas with my diapers, on hot with bleach, and have had no problems so far. The colors even look fine.
I tried washing them with regular laundry but they were not getting clean or dry. |

Re: Do you wash trainers with your cloth diapers?
Yes, I did wash my trainers with the rest of the diapers. We had Imse Vimse and Piddle Poodles trainers. All of these have absorbent pads with cotton inner/outer and hidden layers of PUL. I would turn them inside out for washing and line-dry them after a short drying time (10 minutes).

Re: Do you wash trainers with your cloth diapers?
I always washed the items the way they instructed. So, if the hannas say wash warm, then wash warm. But, I will also say that I occasionally wash our hanna unders with the sheets on hottest hot, to sanitize them. I have two kids, ages 9 and 5, both have been in hanna unders since they were PTd and not one pair has fallen apart.
For PTing, I used Totwraps and I washed them how they instructed since they had pul on them.

I was diapers/trainers/prefolds/etc together. I have the same routine for everything.
