Plesase Help - Need to Increase Supply asap

I just made/started eating lactation cookies and they have made a difference in 1 day!

mine took a huge dive when i started trying to lose weight so I was eating bars more often and then realized they had soy. if you are eating too much soy, you can lose over half your supply fast. i was over producer to 1oz a feed. to avoid formula or goats milk, I used reglan for a couple days (thru dr & milk went up in 24 hrs) then I switched to domperidone. got that thru inhousepharmacy.biz. i love that place, i order several things from them now over 7 yrs with no issues.

i also really liked mothers milk tea. it helped me but not enough when you drop so much. typically if my baby had a growth spurt I would drink that for 3 days and have a ton by day 3.
tons of water, sleep, and oatmeal is helpful. also make sure you natural fat is up.

thistle, mother milk tea, mothers milk plus......oatmeal i see here. vitamins help me....

I'm going to try these tips as well, I start work Monday and pumping would help but so far my manual Medea hurts to use so bad that I haven't gotten any milk out any tips? I'm 5 weeks pp (almost) and although I'm taking my baby with me to work, it'd help a lot to supplement with a bottle (ill be working 4 hours a day)

Call your insurance company and see if they pay for a double electric pump!
