I got proctosol cream from my dr after last baby. Ive used it several times this pg bc of constipation:/

Someone posted and I e never tried it but grate a raw potato and pack a clump of it there before bed its supposed to help

You know, my midwife said this as well. Sounds crazy. But I guess I can try it.

The ice was lovely last night, I must say. Except when the bag broke and I left a spot on the couch. Haha! My husband must think I am so damn sexy right about now.

Sorry momma! I am dealing with the same irritating painful problem. I ended up with VERY large external ones that thrombosed and caused excruciating pain. It really made recovery after birth AWFUL. Nearly 2 weeks later and it is getting better. I would do LOTS of hot soaks in the bath followed by either witch hazel ice packs or plain ice packs. The combo of hot and cold offered some relief after I had the clots removed.

arnica oil and pushing them back in. as well as laying on your side. sitting makes them so much worse.
