So I'm looking for some really easy menu suggestions using mainly things I've already bought.... Id like to make it a two week list. I'm feeding 2 people and am aiming for about 1500 calories a day.
Meat 12 Italian sausages One whole chicken 4lbs pork chops 4 dozen cage free eggs 2 packs bacon 4 pieces salmon Fruit 4 lbs bananas 3lb Clementines 3lb oranges 4lbs strawberries Vegetables 3 bags celery 4 bags baby carrots 1lb each One spaghetti squash 2 bags broccoli One bag mixed veggies 4 yams Also have 3 almond milks(1/2 gallons ) 2 gallons orange juice Lemon juice Tea bags Stevia Ranch Italian dressing I have a gift card to amazon plan to order some things like coconut flour..... But any ideas of must haves would be great.. Meal ideas for this week are Smoothies Spaghetti with sausuage Chicken soup Pork chops broccoli and yams Chicken broccoli and yams Boiled eggs for snacks Celery and ranch for snacks I'm really bad at this it needs to be cooking for dummies...
