I liked the bumkins terry ones. They are not plastic which is why I liked them. You could probably find some nice ones on etsy that are cotton terry as well (or at least backed with cotton terry)

The Carter's and gerber waterproof (hidden layer) ones are the best, no joke. I went thru 6+ bibs regularly with my drooler and these worked and were cute!

I love the carters water proof terry bibs. They were the best. Absorbent and didn't leave his clothes soaked. We had a huge stack of them and went through at least 5-10 a day. I can't stand my kid to look dirty so these were my saving grace.

Aden & Anais, they come in a three pack and they are incredibly absorbent. They clean up really well, too.

I bought a bunch from Pampered Mama (a wahm DS mams that were so squishy and absorbent. They are Cotton Velour on one side and cotton sherpa on the other. They seem so much more comfortable than anything with a layer of plastic in the middle and would last twice as long as a waterproof bib without dampening her clothes.

Those sound right up my alley. I have some sherpa/obv washcloths from ElisWipeez and was lamenting that she didn't make them in bib form. I looked on her hyena cart and it said all of her super drooler bibs were sold out. Does she sell anywhere else?
