Exercise

What are your exercise routines now? I loved doing yoga, I was just doing it at home from a video. But now I don't know how to modify or which poses are safe. I was looking at some other prenatal yoga videos on Amazon, but I am not sure which to try. Last night I did end up doing a prenatal Pilates. Okay, I had no clue what Pilates was and that was intense! I don't know if its good to start a new exercise routine.

What do you all do? Or, can you reccommend a yoga routine, video, site, etc . . .

I'm going to continue my kettlebell routine, just scaled back and modified a bit. I also plan to walk, a lot!

My iDevices are out to get me. Please excuse mistakes.

Re: Exercise

I will do traditional yoga (no need to modify until your uncomfortable) I did it with two of my three, I also run. Was doing m-4, t-3, w-5, th-4, f-5, sun-11 but am tapering for a half marathon so I'm doing m-4, w-4, th-3, f-4, sun 8 or 9

I stopped doing power yoga in a heated studio. I am just too tired with nursing and being pregnant right now. I'm still doing 1-2 easy miles on a bike almost every night with my son. I'm looking for a yoga class and instructor I click with to take until I can get back to power yoga. My body and brain need yoga.

Maybe I'll just keep with the routine I was doing. I really liked it.
