Night train my 5 yo OR nighttime trainers?

My DD is going to be 5 in 2 months. She wears pull-ups at night, and they are wet every morning.
My question is, do I try to night train her? And how would I do that? Just stick her in undies and wake her up during the night to pee, or would I leave her in her pull up and wake her up?
OR
Should I just buy some cloth trainers and let her decide when she's ready?? What cloth trainers are best for a 40 lb. 5 yo?

Sorry for the million questions.... I never had to do this with my oldest DD, she did it herself!!

I would stick her in undies and wake her to pee. We also limit drinks starting two hours before bed time. I find when I'm not paying attention and my son drinks a lot before bed that is when we have accidents.

I was a bed wetter and 1 of my 3 pl'd children who is 7 1/2 still wets every.single.night. I think that limiting drinks and midnight potty breaks are all well and good but not really successful. IMO they either are ready or they are not. A child who is wet every day is likely not ready. There are a number of washable items on the market both pull-on and closure that would work for your needs. Any night wetting until age 8 is considered normal development.

I agree! My experience, too, is that they learn to stay dry at night when their body is ready. I can influence their daytime potty training, but not their nighttime. Both of my boys were wet every night until around 7 (including my current 6 1/2 year old), so I have them in nighttime pull ups. On the other end of the spectrum, DD night trained herself at age 2 1/2!

We use the overnight version of Pull Ups.

Ds1 will be 5 in August, and this is basically what the ped told me too.
