We like a Paleo Chicken Soup recipe I found online and the third time we made it we used the Crockpot. Cooked the broth overnight, scooped out the veggies and chicken, then after the chicken cooled I stripped the meat off the bones and cracked the bones and added them back to the broth and cooked the broth all day before straining it. Refrigerated the broth till soup time, spooned off 3/4 of the fat, added the chicken and veggies (and a lot of extra salt).

Definitely make your own adobo seasoning. Link:

The soup (I'll warn you, the ingredients list is way out of order):

- Half of a portabello mushroom, cut up
- Sautee "rice" and mushroom in Kerrygold grassfed butter w/ turmeric & Himalayan sea salt & pepper (they love the yellow color of the "rice" from the turmeric, and it's supposed to be super healthy!)
- Boiled some frozen veggies to mix into the "rice"
- A can of sardines divided appropriately between the 3 of them, the sardines put on top of the "rice" mix for my older two and cut up for my 1 yo.

This sounds delicious!
