Computers

After my abcmouse thread I was also wondering what types of computers are kid friendly...or homeschool friendly! Ours desktop is on its last leg and I am wondering if anyone has a preference for when you do things online??

Re: Computers

I have an Asus laptop and I really like it. We ended up getting my husband an Asus netbook that was REALLY cheap. He'll often bring a laptop home from work but he wanted a backup of his own. It is a bit slower than my laptop but overall we're really happy with both computers.

Re: Computers

My kids love the Ipad . I know it is not a desk top but they use it A LOT more because they can tote it around. We love take it with us on hikes so we can identify plants and animals . DD loves to make a blanket fort in her room and read her books on the Kindle app.
