Thanks everyone! Yes, my oldest will be in school from 8:30-11:30 on m/w/f starting in September right before baby is born. We'll be able to start establishing a routine for a few weeks before introducing baby into the mix.

My best advice is to not stress if things don't get done and ask for help. Set the expectation early that DH will need to help so the house stays together. (Meals, laundry etc). I agree with the tv/DVD suggestions. It doesn't have to be forever but it is nice to have the option.
