Relax, take a look at the food you have been eating. What's the sodium been like, have you had enough water, too much high fat foods, late night heavy snacks, and is it near that TOM? Also what's your stress been like?

All those can cause your weight to go up. I was down .9 yesterday and up it today. Trust me I understand how frustrating it can be.

WWS

I KNOW how frustrating it is. I started this journey at 148. I'm at 148 now. Whenever I go down, I manage to get back up.
please don't give up

Are you both building muscle? Has your body changed? I found that for a month I sat at the same #. I had to change up my exercise routine and my food again. Don't be discouraged. This is a process and it takes time. Look at little milestones. Even if the scale doesn't budge, what has improved? I also had to reevaluate why and who I was doing this for. Make sure you want it and are doing it for you, no one else.

Hang rough. Weve all been where you are. You are both strong confident beautiful women who have the honor of being called mom. Don't beat yourself up over a number.

Yep. I will set within a two lb range for months but my inches drop then I lose a few pounds and repeat. I seem to build muscle fast and before I lose weight. I just dong want to be 220 lbs of muscle either. Oh well I'm watching carefully. Today I'm up 1.1lb but we had KFC for lunch and biscuits and gravy for dinner. Lots of water for me today.

Re: 25 lb Challenge June Thread

I was 118.9 today. I was shocked. I thought I would be up due to the steak, but I am not. We are having a BBQ today with friends. It should be fun. The boys got a new water table last night.

I'm 5'10", an apple, I actually weigh less now then I did when I got my bfp! Trying to just eat healthier, and get outside and more active with my kids. I've always wanted to do a bike tour and registered for a 14 mile one in September.
