Re: less symptoms around 9 weeks?

I have read that it is pretty common around 9 weeks for symptoms to lessen, something about the hormone levels evening out. I have m/s everyday all day all pregnancy, so I can't apeak from experience, but I do know that it is normal.

Mine lessened at 10 weeks, but now at 10 and 1/2 weeks it is back to full on morning sickness and insomnia. I think every pregnancy is different, but I'd say your symptoms might come back this early.

Re: less symptoms around 9 weeks?

I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow...my MS is less of an all day sickness now, and more of a "comes in waves" sickness...so it feels less at times...then comes back full force, so I would say it could be normal, but it wouldn't hurt to get bloodwork done to see what your levels looks like.

Mine hit hard around the 9 week mark and are still running things here...I've been miserable and just praying I can make it to when it starts easing off!

Re: less symptoms around 9 weeks?

I'm in my 9th week now and yeah, the 6-8 weeks were awful...and then I hit 9w and I have had little breaks...now it's more 'wave like' instead of all day and night. I'm still on Zofran and Phenergan, though.

Re: less symptoms around 9 weeks?

I have stopped eating all chicken and most animal proteins because even the smell of them makes me so sick...I had a cheeseburger today which actually sat very well but I made it at home and controlled all the ingredients...dinner time has been when I have had all my sickness...
