Rash with only wahm knitted wool?

I found a pair of cute knitted wool shorties at a local kids consignment for only $12! But she got like little rash on her back where the waist touches her skin above the diaper, its like tiny little red dots or pimples without anything in them.
She also get a little bit of a rash with her other wahm knitted shorties.

Here's the thing, she's never gotten a rash with Sbish longies & Underwoolies, Disana soaker, nor Loveybums interlock pullon cover! Is the wool knitted with wahm woolies a different quality?

They may not be wool.

She also could have a wool allergy.

Could it be the Ecover? I've heard of it giving rashes. What's another washer friendly wool wash?

CJ's wool wash, Eucalan + Lasinoh is a good combo, disana wool care, greenmountaindiapers website sells some of those and also a wool wash bar. you can also simply use the soap you bath your baby in to wash the wool, then rinse it and soak it in pure medical grade lanolin.

When washing it you could also try adding a few drops of Tea Tree oil.

Does the soaker feel as soft as the other soakers you use? Maybe the wool is too scratchy for your baby. You could dry giving it an hour or two to soak in conditioner or vinegar to help soften it up a bit.

I hope this helps in some way and your baby is ok!

DD had a similar reaction to scented wool wash, so we use unscented now.

But it could also be the quality of the wool yarn used. Does it feel soft? Some knit woolies are really super soft and others not so much
