I have barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands, a HRM, and absolutely no room for big equipment. is there anything you think I would love?

For the record, I quit Insanity cause I hated it. I'm doing P90X strength, but running instead of the cardio. Did Back and chest today and I loved it.
I don't blame you. I hated Insanity, and not because it was hard but I thought it was boring. You do the same things over and over and over again.

I have lots of stuff on my wish list this year, but most are pretty simple. What about a gift card to a clothing store you like to shop at? That way you can buy new stuff after your weight loss.

Due to the Florida rains for weeks now and being unable to run but 2/3 times a week my depression has kicked into high gear. I am supplementing with other exercise but it is not the same. How do you get out of a funk?

I posted in off topic, but do you all have any recs for a juicer? If i cant find a good affordable one i may ask for that for christmas.

I redid c25k week 3. I went slooow, trying to keep my heart rate in the aerobic (or is it anaerobic) zone. It went up a little at times, but i don't think i hit my lactic acid zone since my legs weren't burning at all.
Arms hurt a little ftom yesterday but overall i feel pretty good. Gonna go home after getting shay from school amd do a little yoga.

Im not sure what your goals are, but if it is to build an aerobic base, i think you should read the book, "The Big Book of Endurance Training."
He cautions against anaerobic activity while building the base.
Again not sure what your goal is, but just in case.

I looked it up, i meant aerobic.
I'm trying to stay within 70-80% and NOT get to where my legs are burning if my hr goes too high i slow down even more. I will admit it was an easy run. I wasn't tired or sore while doing it
