Unhappy Sad day

I am pumping every night and getting about 2oz.

After almost 20 days I had roughly 35oz in the freezer, I was so excited to have such a good amount in the freezer!
Well my family and I went away for the weekend (Thursday to Sunday)and when we came back, we discovered that our fridge had been unplugged the WHOLE WEEKEND. (Do to the size and outlets of our kitchen we have to unplug the fridge to use the microwave)

So all that hard work was lost

Oh..that stinks.. I know how you feel. I have 96oz in my deep freeze that I was so proud of, every time I added another bag I would do my milk machine dance. Then my cousins 13 year old daughter came to visit and left the freezer open over night...I almost hyperventilated when I saw it.

Talk about frustrating ! Sorry for both of you. I can't imagine the feeling of devastation. The other day my mom (who watches my daughter while I am at work) dumped a whole bottle that I had woken up early that morning to pump because she "wasn't sure how long it had been in the fridge". I almost cried snd that was only 5oz so you ladies must have been crushed. But you built it up once so you can do it again!

Oh man that is such a bummer, extra is golden, but you will build again, little by little.

Re: Sad day

I'm so sorry! I forgot to put about 3 oz that I had pumped while at work in the frig. I realized my mistake 2 days later when I went to use my pump. I could have cried. That stuff is like liquid gold.
