Favorite pull on covers

I'm going to make my son some training underwear and would like to get a couple pull on covers for when we are out and about. He's tiny - 6th percentile for weight and 40th for height, weighs 21 lbs. I'm looking for something that's going to fit his tiny behind,be easy to pull down, and not be too noisy. Does that exist? What's your favorite pull on cover? Would you advise sizing down or ordering according to the sizing chart?

I think pull one are always poofy, but they smush well under clothes. I have tried Dappi nylon and the now discontinued Bummis whisper pant (which was nylon, now they only have PUL pull ons). They are both definitely crinkly but you don't notice under clothes and they are super comfy. I'd stick with the recommended sizing. They can run short in the rise despite being super poofy. My Bummis ones are definitely higher quality than the Dappi and I imagine their new version is even nicer, but dappis are sooooo cheap. But make sure you get the nylon and not the vinyl. Vinyl is super plasticky and crinkly.

I would check out the new Bummis ones. The new ones with PUL run smaller than the older Bummis nylon pants. I can try a M on my toddler over a fitted if you want.

Thanks everyone. I'll look at the bummis and dappis. I have never used wool or fleece, but may give fleece a try.

After 5 years, my dappi pull-ons have held up WAY better than the old style bummis. Those are good under clothes, but I love woolies too!
