Re: Name help please

Lots of good name suggestions!

Our list has a few, though some would be prone to NNs:
Helena
Bethany
Noelle
Cora
Clara
Esther

Good luck with naming, we are struggling to decide as well!

Re: Name help please

I know this is an older thread but I couldn't help but add something to it since I love classic, old-fashioned names and we have three girls. We have a Hannah Lynne (Lynne is my and my mom's middle name, Chloe Anna Bertrice (Bertrice is my grandmother's name and is said with the accent on the last syllable) and an Ellia Grace.

You might have already picked something by now but I wanted to say that Leah would go nicely with Hannah.

I wish I could say we've already picked! Probably will end up trying to get it hashed out on the way to the hospital again like we did with DD1.

My daughters' names are Sadie, Amelia, and Julia. We pair a classic name with a more trendy middle name. But even the middle names are not super trendy. Middle names are Brianna, Paige, and Hope. We have also liked Natalie in the past.

I think we have a first name! DH was on board with Laura. I was actually quite surprised. I suspect my mom will make some comment on the name (I was really into Little House as a kid) but the books had nothing to do with the name.

The middle name is still in debate. We are kind of trying to find one of DH's family names to go with Laura but his family doesn't really have much that goes well. DD1's middle name was my grandmother's name so we kind of feel that we need that "level" of name vs. his mom's name so that no one feels left out. Trouble is, his one grandma's name is *my* mom's name! He suggested his sister's name (which wouldn't be offensive to anyone as I only have a brother) but the name really isn't my style. I really wish we could just do my other grandma's name (its my middle name) but I don't want DH to feel like his family doesn't matter although we all have *his* last name!
