Not even sure. I get to go home 6 hours after birth so minimal stuff. I remember taking a shower last time, but basically that was all I needed. I will remember to ask what they provide on Monday.

My list is so puny since we are having it a birthing center. Keeps making me feel like I am not packing enough. Tough for an overpacker like me.

Thank you! I've heard a lot about different swaddling blankets but was unfamiliar with the term.

Re: What's going in your hospital bag?

Finally bought some stuff at Target today for my hospital bag! Travel container set for my shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a toothbrush holder, a $1 tube of Crest 3D White toothpaste, a bag of super maxi overnight pads with wings, a bag of regular pads that will stay home (in case I need to go out to the store or something, it won't look like i'm wearing a diaper), a package of ultimate "granny panties", Tucks Pads, another box of throw-away nursing pads (I had a great coupon)...still adding my hard candies and everything else I pretty much have here at home to throw in!

I just got some toiletries too. I still have to get tucks, and I just found a "recipe" on Pinterest on how to make homemade ice pack pads- so I definitely need to make some of those! I'm just using the mesh undies they give as then my super old ones.

Something about those mesh undies...they gave me a slight rash. I promised myself THIS time i'd get my own, and I actually did. I had the most embarassing cart full of stuff. I get to the register and of course it is a young kid working and my coupon wouldn't go thru for the breast pads so here I am standing there with people in line behind me...BREAST PADS is stuck on the register screen...and all of my "goodies" on the belt. LOL!
