want to space out baby's vaccines more this time... any resources?

Our 2 year old had all of her vaccines "on schedule," but with #2 due in April, we're looking to spread them out. It just seems crazy for a little baby to get 4 shots at a time at the doctor's. Does anyone know of any good resources where I can read about doing this? thanks!

The Vaccine Book by Dr. Sears has a chapter on alternative schedules, along with his own suggested schedule. It's a great book to have if you don't already.

Re: want to space out baby's vaccines more this time... any resources?

another vote for using the vaccine book by dr sears as a guide. We space the vaccines out and also skip a few of them altogether. The hep A and B series we postpone till they are much older and actually may have risk factors. For the little guys, we do dtap one month and then polio, hib, and pcv7 the next month or so. MMR we wait till a min of age 2.
