Re: pull on covers

Ok so here is my opinion on the three pull on covers I ordered.

Dappi- pros thin, soft elastic, good coverage, cheap
Cons very poofy elastic did wick a bit, not very cute
Nicki's - pros good quality PUL, good soft elastic that fit snug but didn't leave marks, cute color option
Cons very poofy, had a hard time getting it up high enough to cover back of prefold (my kids are tall and skinny),
Bummis- pros a little higher rise than Nicki's in the back, cute colors, great quality soft and snug fitting elastic that did not leave marks.
Cons still had hard time getting it high enough in the back to cover prefold, very poofy especially in the front. Most expensive of all three

So over all I will probably stash one of the dappi covers in my van and one in the diaper bag just in case I need a spare while I am out. They definitely are not the highest quality covers and they wick when the diaper gets wet, but even though the elastic was wet it did not get on his pants. The Nicki's and the bummis are almost the exact same the biggest difference is the Nicki's cover is cheaper. The bummis does seem to run a little bigger though. At home they are not my favorite because they aren't very attractive with no bottoms over them because of how poofy they are. But I do like them for going out because they are easy to pull up and down for fast changes and also seem more comfortable under his pants especially jeans because there are no bulky snaps or Velcro right under the waist of the pants. And the poofiness seems to smooth out under the pants. I did not have any issues with the snappi coming undone under them either.

Re: pull on covers

Did you find that the size chart was correct? Did you get the size the charts say to get? I am also wanting to get some pull-ons because I am having explosive EBF poos and leaks at the leg holes with the current covers I have. How have these been with leaks?
