Hi all - I'm not getting ANY kind of notifications -

I've got my settings set to where I should get an email notification if someone PM's me but I'm not getting any email notice.

I've also got my settings set to where any time I post on any thread it subscribes me to that thread automatically but I'm not getting any notifications at all of any kind whether I start a thread or reply to a thread or anything at all.

I only get *some*-very strange. (& frustrating!) I have to keep checking the thread to see what I missed.
