I saw my new OB today! Not really new- she delivered DS2 but I moved away and had DS3 with another OB at a different hospital- that resulted in a section and around here there are NO VBAC's!
So I transferred back and we drove over an hour and she did an ultrasound at my office visit today- the first time I got to see this baby!
She doesn't generally induce VBAC's but is going to look into some methods and seems very open to ideas! I can't tell you how relieved I am and excited! I fully expected her to tell me that I wasn't a VBAC candidate!
I am more relaxed because I got to see the baby and see the heartbeat on the u/s and everything looked good!
I get my big u/s in 4 weeks and will find out the gender- pray for pink for me!

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you! We just moved last year from a no VBAC place. Now I get to do a VBAC with a lovely midwife group and they have a 90% success rate!

My first CS was at 1030p on a Friday night and we found out later that it was completely unnecessary, which was especially hard for us because we sooo wanted a natural birth. I hope we get it this time!

YAY !!!! That's great !

I know that it's best to not induce with VBAC's but there are some way that studies show to be safer then others so it's worth looking into so that should you need to you can do so the safest way . I'll have to post this happy news on the VBAC forum I just started hosting , you'll have allot of mommas happy for you !

Oh , I won't post anything personal , just that another momma get's a chance to VBAC !!!

yaaa!! I am in the same boat trying to convince my OB of a VBAC ( I had 2 c-sections) I hope mine becomes as open as yours. PINK baby dust to you, and send some back to me when you get your little girl
