Witch Hazel is awsome too! The hospital gave me some Tucks like pads with witch hazel and it helped immensely with any burning and/or itching. It will go away, just make sure you don't have an increase in pain or (TMI) any unusual smell that could indicate an infection. Right now it sounds like normal healing. Congrats on the new baby!

Ooh! I forgot about the witch hazel. I used that, tucks pads, the peri bottle, and hemmroid cream because I think it's got some sort of numbing agent in it
.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW BABY!! It does sound like you are healing. Atleast that is what happened with me when I had stitches or was torn. I definitely also suggest getting one of those squirt bottles! Those were awesome!
