feedback neutral = positve?

I was just looking at a fb, the person happened to have 2 pos. 1 neut. and 1 neg. but the positive rating was %75, shouldn't it be %50, a neutral is not a positive and that is a little misleading? I know that this is probobly not something you designed, just asking if that is how it was meant to be?

I guess the the "positive feedback" is anything but negative feedback Still tons better than the thread system we had on old ds though
