Raw garlic. Just cut it up into pieces and swallow it. I've done it a couple times now. Yeah, you belch garlic for a while, but the boob gets better!

The clogged duct is gone!!!!!!! I woke up and it was gone. I feel so much better. The naturpath left me a message to call her back, but now I don't need to. I keep feeling my breast to make sure I didn't miss it. Thanks all!!

I was taking a liquid lecithin. 3 tablespoons a day. Horrible taking it that way but my midwife said it's better that way. Instead of garlic I took bee propolis tincture. Has anyone taken this?? It is the worst thing I have ever had. I can handle the taste of anything. I took it 3x a day but it was tough. I had to drop it into my throat or it gets all over your teeth and its super hard to remove. It is from tree sap. I can't get it out of my shirts!!
