ladies I am going crazy over here

My nipple have been so RED/RAW& SORE !!!!! it seems like once I get them back in shape for a bit they become RAW & red AGain ..

THEY ALSO ACHE REAL BAD ALMOST LIKE HAVING THRUSH AGAIN .

PLEASE PLEASE ANY TIPS OR SUGGESTIONS .

You should get to the root of the problem. If it's thrush see a doc, if it's latch see a LLL Leader ect..... I usually use Earth Mama Angel Baby nipple butter and some extra tlc. Some oragel applied before nursing helps too. hth

well i'd put some on after every shower, and after every feeding, works great and fast, hope you feel better >

purelan didnt work for me. I used that gerber breast stick--kinda like a chapstick. it was great! I have also heard that putting some breastmilk on your nipples and letting them air dry will help.

purelan (lanolin) and air...keeping them uncovered for a little while helps mine.

I used lansinoh lanolin and it was great! and safe for babe too, it's endorsed by LLL
