bumGeniuis medium setting - does the cottonbabies insert fit this?

I currently use hemp inserts wrapped in a microfiber towel inside my BG diapers. I have trouble seeing the insert it comes with as a true one-size insert. It doesn't seem to fit for the medium setting - snapped, its too small and unsnapped, it seems a little too long. How do you make it fit decently? Do you use anything else with it if you fold it?

That is the setting we use for my 6 month old. I put the doubled part in the back (I have a little girl), and we never have a problem with it not holding~

It can be a little tricky, but what i do is leave the insert unsnapped, unsnap the diaper all the way, and put the insert in. After I get the insert in nice and neat, I go ahead and snap the diaper to put it on the medium setting. Works pretty good for us!

I'm going to try it at the next diaper change soon. I've kind of folded it down a little in the back and its not all that bad. Hopefully it works! I have them all washed up and just sitting in a drawer b/c I keep thinking hemp isthe only thing that will work. I'll save money if these work! LOL No need to buy more hemp inserts when I buy the BG colors

I can make ours fit unsnapped, but it's a tight squeeze. I'm ready for him to move up to the highest rise setting so it's easier to stuff LOL.
