Breastfeeding Herbs
I was looking on sites for herbs safe for breastfeeding, and I came across this one. It is the most unbiased site I've ever come across and I got some good information off of it. For instance, I should have NEVER taken fenugreek because I'm hypoglycemic! There were a few pluses and minuses to a few of them that I had never heard. Of course, I take it all in stride because I know you can't believe everything you find on the net!
