My toddler has a horrible cold, I was wondering if it was safe to break open the echinaccia-goldenseal tablets and put them on her food or in her sippy.

Triaminic and vics rub aren't helping her at all. Going to set up the vaporizer tonight.

I think some health food stores carry echinecea or herbal supplements for children. I just recently used the hylands cold medicine on my 1 year old and it worked great!
