They'll definitely let you know when they don't want to anymore. My older two used to take baths together but DS let me know when he didn't want to take one with DD anymore

I agree with everyone else. 7-8 is when most kids start asking for privacy (but not all the time). Sometimes my almost 8yr old dd wants to bathe with her 2 sisters (5.5 & 20mos) & sometimes she wants to take a shower by herself. As long as everyone (you & kids!) are comfortable with the arrangement, that all that matters.
