Yeahh--this thread has me a total blubbering mess. I nursed my Asa until his sister was born... and then couldn't handle it for personal reasons.

I told him was was done and he said to me, "Asa milkies all done?"

He weaned very well... now and then he still asks for it and then quickly corrects himself and asks for milk in a cup. He's just as happy... but... it was really hard for me to take that away from him.

I am sick with multiple clogged ducts today and feeling fluish all over... so maybe this is why I am bawling over weaning my son almost 3 months ago!
