Yesterday night I was craving ice cream (not pregnant, just sweet addicted).
I threw frozen mangoes, frozen blueberries, skim milk and grenadine syrup in the food processor. Blended at high speed until the chunks are gone. Ended up with thick frozen yogurt like the one you buy in food courts. Yum ! The frozen fruits is the key : it makes the milk icy thick
