I have a bunch. here are a few:
Teriyaki meatballs 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 egg 1/2 c bread crumbs 1/2 bottle teriyaki sauce 1/2 - 2 bottle of BBQ sauce 1 shake Adobo sauce combine all ingredients except bbq sauce in the bottom of the crock pot. Shape mixture into meatballs. Add to crock pot and cook on low for about 4-5 hours. I LOVE THESE! Slow Cooker Sunday Chicken 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 envie dry onion soup mix 1 cup sour cream place chicken in greased slow cooker mix reamining ingredients except sour cream and pour over chicken. cover and cook on high 4 hours or low for 6 hours. One hour before serving stir in sour cream Slow Cooker Lasagna 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained 1 tsp italian dressing 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup water 16 oz cottage cheese 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese break noodles in half. place half of the boofles in the bottom of a greased 4 qt slow cooker. stir italian seasoning into meat and spread half over the noodles in the slow cooker. over the beek, later half the sauce and water, half the cottage cheese and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. cover and cook on low heat 5-5 hours. do not cook more that 5 hours. I have more, just tired of typing

I have a ton!! If you want more, let me know. I have recipes for all the different kinds of meats plus veggie only recipes.
Chicken Azteca 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast 1 can black beans 1 cup salsa 2 cup corn cumin 8 oz cream cheese salt pepper Mix 1/2 of salsa black beans and about a half teaspoon of cumin together and put on bottom of crock pot. Place chicken on top of bean and salsa mix, then spoon rest of salsa over chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4 hours. 30 minutes before serving shred chicken, add corn and cream cheese. Stir to distribute cheese before serving. I like to serve over rice. Ultimate baked potato soup 1 box Cheesy scalloped potatoes 1-2 potatoes sliced thin 6 green onions sliced 1 bell pepper cubed 1 lb cubed ham 2 cups water 2 cups milk Slice fresh potatoes then add everything else to crock pot. cook on low 8-10 hours and enjoy! I like to serve mine with sour cream and shredded cheese on top. DH like bacon in his too. Meatballs in burgandy sauce 60 frozen cooked meatballs 3 cups chopped onion 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup red wine 2 packages beef gravy mix 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon dried oregano Combine everything in crockpot. Cook on High 5 hours. Serve over hot noodles. Spicy Italian Beef 3-4 lb beef roast 1 jar pepperoncinis (the little green salad peppers. I don't like mine too hot so I only add about 10 or so little peppers) 1 can beef broth 1 can beer 1 package Italian salad dressing mix submarine sandwich bread provolone cheese Mix all ingredients except bread and cheese in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove meat and shred. Place meat on sandwich rolls and top with cheese and put under broiler if desired to melt cheese. Autumn Delight 4-6 beef cube steaks olive oil 2-3 cans mushroom soup 1-1 1/2 cups water 1 package dry onion soup mix Lightly brown cube steaks in a skillet. Place everything in slow cooker and add 1/2 cup water per can of mushroom soup used. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. BBQ Pulled Pork 3-4lb pork roast 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon red pepper 1 onion thinly sliced 1 bell pepper sliced thin 1 bottle BBQ sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar Place onion and bell pepper in crock pot, add pork. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Pull pork apart and serve over rice with tortillas. Continental Chicken 1 package dried beef cut up 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast 4 slices lean bacon 1 can mushroom sou 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup sour cream spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place cubed dried beef in bottom. Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon, place on top of dried beef. Combine soup, flour, and sour cream, pour over chicken. Cook on low 7-9 hours high 3-4. Serve over noodles. Black bean and turkey stew 3 cans black beans drained and rinsed 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 cup sliced celery 1 cup chopped bell pepper 4 cloves garlic minced 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 6 ounces cooked turkey sausage, thinly sliced Combine everything in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. You can put 1-2 cups of soup in a blender and then return to slow cooker if you want a thicker soup. Or just leave it as is ![]() Yummy crock pot chicken 1 whole chicken (about 3 lbs) 1 chopped onion 1 cup sliced celery 1 cup sliced carrots 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning 3-4 medium potatoes cubed or sliced 1 can chicken broth Place everything in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Use juice from cooked dinner and thicken to make a wonderful gravy. Serve veggies on the side of the chicken. Spicy shredded chicken 1lb boneless skinless chicken breast 1 jar (more or less) of your favorite salsa Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Serve with tortillas. Veggie meals Mushroom barley stew 1 T olive oil 1 onion chopped 1 cup chopped carrots 1 clove garlic minced 1 cup pearl barley 1 cup dried wild mushrooms 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2teaspoon thyme leaves 5 cups veggie broth Heat oil in skillet, cook veggies till tender. (You can skip this, it just makes the flavor richer). Add veggies to slow cooker with other ingredients. Cook on low 4-7 hours. Veggie chili 1T oil 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped pepper 2 T minced jalepeno pepper 1 clove garlic minced 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 can black beans drained 1 can garbanzo beans drained 1/2 cup corn 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon basil leaves 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper Heat oil and add veggies (again can skip, just adds a richer flavor). Transfer veggies to slow cooker with rest of ingredients. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Hearty Lentil Stew 1 cup dried lentils 1 package frozen green beans 2 cups cauliflower florets 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup baby carrots 3 cups veggie or chicken broth 2 teaspoons cumin 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger (I leave this out as I don't like ginger) 1 can diced tomato with garlic and herb Mix everything except tomatoes together. Cook on low 9-11 hours. Add tomatoes and heat through (10 minutes or so). Enjoy.

Oh I have MANY favs!!! I LOVE my crock pot LOL
here are 2 for now..... they are DELICIOUS!!!! Chicken with Pineapple and Orange Serves 8 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1- 16 ounce can pineapple slices packed in juice drained 1- 15 ounce can mandarin oranges drained 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground ginger Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired Festive Pork Dinner serves 8 1 cup chunky style cinnamon applesauce ( I couldn't find chunky cinnamon so I bought chunky and added my own cinnamon... also we have a really large crock pot so I actually did 2 cups to fill the bottom of our crock) 2 29oz cans sweet potatoes, drained and sliced (I didn't slice them... they were too mushy for me to enjoy touching them lol) 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 lbs. boneless pork loin chops ( the thickness we got yielded 8 chops) 1 16oz can whole cranberry sauce Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Spread applesauce in slow cooker Add sweet potato slices and sprinkle with brown sugar Top with pork chops and spoon cranberry sauce over top. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-9 hours OR high heat for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. Your mouth and your belly will love you for making this dish... this is so good! |

Potato Soup
6 potatoes cubed 2 onions cubed 1 celery stalk sliced 1 carrot sliced parsley 4 c water 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 T butter 1 13oz can evaporated milk 1 cup velveeta cubed 1 ham steak cubed Combine everything except evaporated milk, velveeta, and ham. Cook low 8-10 hours, high 3-4. During last 30 minutes add remaining ingredients to heat through. Savory Stew 1-2 lbs round steak cubed 6 carrots sliced 1 onion cubed 3 cups hot water 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp worecstershire sauce 1-8 tsp garlic powder 2 bay leaves 3 large potatoes cubed 3 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 1/8 tsp ground allspice or cloves 1 tsp sugar Place beef, carrots, potatoes and onions in crock pot. Add water lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, bay leaves, bouillon cubes, pepper, paprika, ground spice and sugar. Cook on low 8-10 hours 3T flour and 1/2 cup cold water Combine flour and water and stir to form a smooth paste. Turn temp up on crock and slowly stir mix into broth. Cook 15 more minutes or until slightly thickened. Scalloped Potatoes and Ham 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1 cup water 8-10 potatoes sliced thin 1 ham steak cubed 2 onions sliced thin salt and pepper to taste 1 cupe shredded cheddar 1 can cream of mushroom paprika Lightly toss potatoes in mix of cream of tartar and the 1 cup water. Drain. Put half of ham, potatoes, onions, soup, and cheese in cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients following same above. Sprinkle top with paprika. Low 8-10 hours, high 2-3 hours or until potatoes are tender. Meatballs (I just toss this stuff together and never measure...) 1lb hamburger garlic minced onion powder 1 egg crushed cracker 2 cans cream of mush sou 1 pint sour cream Mix hamburger with garlic, onion powder, egg and cracker. Make into meatballs. Cook in skillet till just browned. Add to crock pot and add soup and sour cream mix. Heat through. Taco soup 2 pounds ground beef 2 cups diced onions 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans pinto beans 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can pink kidney beans 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Rotel 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce (crushed tomato makes it thicker) 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can diced green chiles 1 (4.6-ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced, optional 1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 (1-ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix Corn chips, for serving Sour cream, for garnish Grated cheese, for garnish Chopped green onions, for garnish Pickled jalapenos, for garnish Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet; drain the excess fat, then transfer the browned beef and onions to a large slow cooker or a stockpot. Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, green olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour in a pot on the stove. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them. Top with sour cream, cheese, green onions and jalapenos. Fiery chile beef 1 flank steak or similar type steak (I use round steak) 1-2 lbs 1 can diced tomato undrained 1 can pinto beans 1 onion chopped minced garlic salt 1/2 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce 1 tsp adobo sauce from canned chili Cut steak into a few pieces. Add all ingredients. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Braciola (this recipe calls for rolling ingredients in the meat like a meat roll. I'm too lazy for that so I just throw it all in a pot and it's still yummy!) 1 28 oz can tomato sauce 2 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 1/2 tsp dried basil salt 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 parm cheese grated minced garlic 1 T parsley 2lb round steak or flank steak cubed or leave whole and shred it after cooking Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Italian style pot roast minced garlic salt 1tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp red pepper flake 2-3 lb beef roast 1 onion sliced thin 1 1/2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce or marinara 2 cane cannellini or northern beans 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley Combine garlic salt, basil, oregano, and pepper flakes. Rub over roast. Place1/2 onion slices into cooker. Place roast over onion, then add rest of onion. Pour spaghetti sauce over roast and cook on low 8-10 hours. Take roast out of cooker and add beans to heat through. Garnish with parsley or basil.

Okay, I'm trying the One Dish Chicken Supper tonight...it's sitting in the crock pot at home cooking right now. Wish me luck!
ETA: I would probably change a few things next time with this.... like use cream of celery instead of cream of chicken soup. Maybe use more milk... and add some celery definitely, maybe carrots and potatoes, too. It was good, but it seemed like it needed something more.
