adhd how to cope

ever since my dd hit puberty it is soooooooooo bad i just dont see a light at the end.......any tips

my stepson is very mcu adhd and they only thing that has been saving us is karate! It teaches them control and concentration....it has been doing wonders...I put him in it once i started reading info that kids with add and adhd showed signs of imporvment in karate as opposed to druggie them up with ridlen...i dont believe in druggie my kids there has to be another answer!!

Oh and I got lots of books that show HUGE connection with ADHD and the foods you feed your child....alot of adhd is allergic reactions in children when it comes to foods...such as sugars and sugars are in everything.....just a thought maybe try a nature path doctor to find out what she is allergic too, my cousins mom did that and they noticed a ten-fold differnce in her once the eliminated her allergy foods.

yeah with my cousin both her and her sister were ADHD, but her allergy was sugar and her sisters was fruit.....her mom was really on the ball and would make special things for them without sugar or without fruit and it made soo much of a differnce.....to this day the one with the sugar allergy, if she eats sugar i swear its like crack to her...she gets all wigged out and annoying and cant stop eating sugar...its really the craziest thing i have seen!!
