I'm going bananas
I have a ton of them that are quickly ripening because I went overboard at the farmers market.
Any suggestions on what I can make with them? I already made ww banana & blueberry bread and banana pancakes. I need more ideas, preferably healthy ones. Oh, and easy recipes so I can use whatevers lying around

Re: I'm going bananas
You could always freeze them for later use. You can leave them peeled or unpeel them and freeze them whole or cut up.
Or how about adding them to smoothies or making frozen banana pops. I make a banana rice dish: cook 2 1/2 c. brown rice, add 3 bananas. Make sauce: mix 1/4 c. ww flour, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. cheese, boil and heat until melted. Layer rice and sauce in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hr or microwave 8 min. Also waldorf salad: 2-3 apples (chopped), 2-3 bananas (chopped), 2-3 T. each mayo, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Mix together.
