it was good. and the kids loved it. Hubby woundt touch it. he mad ehimself some frozen crap we had in the freezer. Wont he be heartborken when all that is gone and i dont buy it anymore. i told him he is settinga bad example lOL

Sounds yummy! I only knew of cooking/frying cabbage the asian style but will try this version aswell! Thanks for sharing!

Glad you liked it! I'm glad dh will try anything once. Then he lets me know if I should make it again or not- so far only one casserole he thought was

Ohhh man thanks for letting us know!! I'll have to try this!! How many ppl would a whole head serve? Doesn't it good down alot?

I usually use a large head and two lg onions. It feeds five with plenty of leftovers for lunch. Yes, it cooks down quite a bit.

I was telling some moms about it last night at church. One said they eat cabbage a lot, but never fried. I said you gotta try it. Let them know everyone's other ideas too. Yummy!

Oh it was great!! My mother said she used to do this and put corn beef in it, but I never remember eating it growing up.. LOL

DH loved it too! The kids tried it but they didnt care for it, go figure..

I always give kids credit for trying new food. My oldest will try just about anything- some he likes, some not. Zane, however, won't try anything. Even stuff I know he'd love- like caramel apple dip. Silly boy. Glad you and dh enjoyed it.
