teething biscuits

At what age can you give your DC one of those teething biscuits? I forget the names of them, I just remember they were yummy My DD keeps grabbing for my cookie that I'm eating, smacking me lips for it Then she tried to grab one for herself

Ohh, those are yummy. I think you can give them those whenever they seem able - but starting around or after the time one would start solids - so 4 months or older, I think. They make the biggest mess, I remember that. I think I liked them better than my son did, LOL.
I came back to add something, LOL: if I remember right the boxes say to wait until they can crawl with their tummy off the ground? Some of them say that - and that they should be able to sit up. According to them it would be way later, but I think my ds started them after 6 months just because I never gave him anything but breastmilk or formula up until then. That's what I remember anyway, LOL.

i just checked the box we have here. We have the gerber buiscuits it actually says appropriate for babies 10 months and up. when baby is crawling on hands and knees with tummy off floor, eats thicker and lumpier foods, uses jaw to mash foods with gums, holds small foods between finger and thumb. i believe audrianna started them at 7 months hth.
