Man this baby is so nutso today. Literally like the ones you see in a TV show where as soon as you start to put them down they freak but pick them back up happy as can be. I can't sit down while holding him either. Going nuts. He's usually needy to begin with but today. YIKES

Do you have a sling? If you don't, a long scarf or bedsheet will work in a pinch-trust me there! I had a few weeks like that, and once I put Toby in a sling, he was as happy as could be and I could get housework done! I even made a wrap out of a sheet so that I could do laundry and feel like he was more secure! Hopefully your little one realizes that you're not going anywhere when you put him down!

Yes & that's what I've been doing but it's sooooooooo hot here that after a short time that makes him fussy as well.

Wow I can totally imagine that scream b/c that's what it seems like - like the baby somehow figured out a way to sceam in a ton that means "HEY YOU MAMMA PICK ME UP NOW!" I think it's a cross between the "someone is beating me to death" sceam & the "feed me before I die" scream.



Anyway he's FINALLY (please done jinx) somewhat quiet in the sling... FINALLY. Although I do know better than to try and put him down this time.

I remember those days too well actually lol

My daughter was colic as an infant so that was just pure hell to deal with (excuse the language). But she would not stop screaming unless we were walking her around bouncing her all day long. She eventually weaned out of that stage thank goodness. Now she doesnt need held, she gets held often but loves to walk around now and hold onto our legs lol

Hang in there mama it will get easier!!!
