Is it acceptable to decide not to buy something because the seller asks you to cover pp fees?

Yes! Not to mention they are not allowed to do that as per the rules here on DS. Tell them to read the sticky in FSOT.

Yes!! I've been asked to do so a few times and I told them about the rules and even showed them. The one mama apologized and said she didn't know about it because a mama had her do it before, so she covered the fees instead. Although I know some mama's include the PP fees in their price.
