Homemade Costco Chicken bake
Love these at Costco, and my homemade version turned out great!! I made pizza dough in the bread machine, but I added 1t bail and 1t oragano. Rolled it out into a large rectangle (9x13?) Chopped up and grilled one large chicken breast, cooked a couple slices of turkey bacon. Then you just put the chicken, bacon, and cheese down the middle of the dough. One 'line' of ranch dressing over the top, and roll it up like a jelly roll. Bake until the dough turns light brown, put some more cheese on the top of the chicken bake just long enough to melt.
Yummy yummy!! I'd love to know what you guys think!

Re: Homemade Costco Chicken bake
Sounds wonderful. I've never tried Costco's before though.

Re: Homemade Costco Chicken bake
Guess where we went this morning and what I had to try? ROFL
It's really good although my kids ate most of it. I got a few bites in. Guess I'll be getting two the next time we go. They are $2.69.
