Starting weaning

So my sweet girl is just over 10 months and has been slowly weaning herself. We go back and forth though with how much milk she eats during the day. She refuses to actively nurse during the day on the weekend but wants several bottles during the week at daycare. I don't mind the morning and bedtime nursing but I would love to get her down to once a day other than those. She eats tons of solid food so I'm not overly concerned about her getting enough. Recommendations? First on how to get her down to the one bottle during the day and second how do I slow my production? Thanks!
