When I dyed my hair myself I never rinsed it in the shower (as in letting it run down my body, me being in the shower) I always rinsed over the tub or in the sink. Im sure you could do it that way, and its not hard. Just flip hair over with your head upside down and put ur hair/head in sink or tub and rinse till it runs clear. If you dont have a detachable head in ur sink or shower Id use a large cup to fill and pour over, itll take longer but its do able. . .

Re: totally vain question
I would wait unless you can wash your hair in the sink and keep it covered while taking a shower.

Re: totally vain question
you can dye it yourself and then have someone else help you rinse, don't rinse in the shower standing up. Not sure if you will be able to bend over though enough to get it all rinsed out, you will need help.

Re: totally vain question
Maybe a bit vain but important! We need to still feel pretty. Rinse your head in the sink. Face down with a towel next to you and wear a robe if you're that concerned. It will catch any drips.
