Daniel Patrick arrived! After 27 hours in labor with pushing, he was born with forceps assistance. I lasted 17 hours and stuck between 5 and 6cm, until I got the epidural. After that I went to complete in 4 hours. I pushed for 2.5 hours until we realized that his head was stuck under my pelvic bone. My OB came in and said that we had two options: another section or forceps. I took the later. I have a third degree tear, but my 8lb 11.2oz, 20.5in big man is totally worth it!

Daniel was born on October 2 at 2:45am.
