You have to do what you feel is best. Maybe something happened with her family or her babies? I personally would have waited and emailed a few times first.

I didn't file a claim, just a dispute....and she responded. They got sent back to her b/c she wrote the address wrong and she just got them back a couple days ago. She's resending. Everyone is ok....I even said in the dispute that I was really sorry. Everything is ok now.

Oh, and I didn't even file a dispute until it had been 2.5 weeks....not like I jumped the gun, IMO.....doesn't matter anymore. All's well that ends well

just don't close it until you have your diapers. funny that she couldn't bother to contact you until you filed...
