I used Cocoa butter with my first pregnancy. Still came out with stretch marks. I was under the impression you used it to AVOID them. Boo! But anyway. I'd also like to know of some things to use with this pregnancy, I sure am getting itchy!!

I used a blend from my natural foods store with my last 4 babies. With this one, I am using my own blend. It has coconut oil, almond oil, apricot kernel oil, and castor oil. It absorbs pretty quickly, and doesn't smell bad (very important to me). What you put *into* your body is equally or more important than what you put on it, because you have to moisturize from the inside out.

Melt it completely, pour it into your bowl then set it in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Once it's hardened but not entirely solid scrape the sides, then whip it.

I did this recently and it came out perfect.
