Swelling?

Anyone else already swelling? I had to take off my wedding rings because it was cutting due to my hands being so swollen

I am due in August but just wanted to share that if you have problems with swelling you may not be eatting enough protein - pregnant women need very high protien diets. There have been studies done that show a major reduction in swelling for women who swich from a carb heavy diet to a protien diet (at least 80grams a day). Also, with that make sure you eat salt! So, have a few eggs this morning and eat some salt
