Mei tai suggestions?
I'm looking to replace ours. It was a WAHM one that isn't very comfy once kiddo hits a certain weight. Ideally I'd like it to have padded straps. Any suggestions?

Re: Mei tai suggestions?
I have a freehand MT, and I like it pretty well, it has padded straps- the only draw back I have now is that if I am carrying her on my back, and she falls asleep, her head flops all over- there is no headrest. But, she is almost 26 pound (at 10 months old) and I can carry her for a few hours before I get a little sore.

Re: Mei tai suggestions?
I don't have a mei tai yet (actually came here looking for suggestions) but someone on another post made a while back suggested some Etsy seller with an empty shop which obviously brought me over to Etsy where I obsessed for a couple of hours.
I found a few that I really liked but haven't had a chance to research yet, but thought were worth mentioning because they seem to fit what you're wanting and maybe someone can chime in on quality...AnnaCarrieBaby: (I love the look of this one so I'd love to hear if anyone has one! MarinaN: Also looks like a nice carrier with nice thick padded straps. But note: made in the UK not the US. Ugh... I can't post links yet. Just search Etsy.

I really loved my bean slings and am mad I sold mine. I have a Kozy now and it's super sturdy but not snuggly like the bs one

Re: Mei tai suggestions?
Freehands are great for infants, I'd suggest a Babyhawk for over a year old. Babyhawks are widely available.
